One World, Everybody Eats

This doesn't count as a real blog post, because I am just going to tell you to read a very cool post from my friend Stephanie's blog. It's about food and fairness and a better world.

You're very kind. It wouldn't be a bad business for you. Do you think Las Vegas could handle it? It seems like you need to have a balance of affluence and poverty in the area for the restaurant to sustain itself.

Not that kind, since I think you may be one of three people (including my mom) to read this blog! But blogshares says I am growing....

I think we'd need a whole lot more affluence to make it work. And, thinking of portion size, a culture shift away from "more is better." I see much more quantity than quality in local eating habits!

Mmm...yes, those big greasy platters. We have the same thing here too.
